Seventh Street Brewing Company is a home-based brewery and the brainchild of Chris Bouldin, a really awesome and totally handsome brewmeister that grew weary of the "pick six" packs and overpriced and average-tasting beers from the local pub. Ample credit must also be given to She-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed, Chris' significant other, Nena, the assistant bottler and sometimes beer critic who allows Chris sufficient beer storage space and the time to brew.
It is the unstated goal of Seventh Street Brewing Company to rid Chris' home (on Seventh Street) of shitty, overpriced beer, while replacing it with inexpensive, yet tasty libations of Chris' own creation. The beer brewed at Seventh Street Brewing Company is shared liberally among friends and family, and on rare occasion, used in lieu of cash as payment for various services rendered.
